The jury reimbursement documents for SFY 2022-23, including the certification letter, the quarterly Jury Management Reimbursement Spreadsheet, and the updated Juror Management Policy as approved by the Budget Committee and Executive Council have been released. The signed certification letter and Jury Management Reimbursement Spreadsheet are due on the 10th of the month following the end of each quarter (October, January, April, and July). We understand that the first deadline of October 10th is potentially difficult due to the end-of-year close-out process. Please do your best but let us know early, if you may have trouble meeting the deadline. These documents can also be found on the CCOC website: https://flccoc.org/clerks-budget/forms/.
These funds are State appropriated General Revenue funding released quarterly and will be disbursed for each county’s actual jury-related costs up to the available statewide amount.
