The Pandemic Recovery Plan documents for SFY 2022-23, including the allocation by county as approved by the Budget Committee and Executive Council, the certification letter, and the quarterly Expenditures Tracking Spreadsheet, have been released. The signed certification letter is due on the 20th of the month prior to the start of the quarter (June, September, December, and March). The Expenditures Tracking Spreadsheet is due on the 20th of the month following the end of each quarter (October, January, April, and July), the same as all of the CCOC quarterly reports. These funds are State appropriated General Revenue funding which is released quarterly. Therefore, we cannot overspend our quarterly allocation as the state fiscal year progresses.
As a friendly reminder, the signed certification letter for Q1 is due on June 20th.
