The following funds have been disbursed: any settle-up funds owed to you, each county’s allocation of Cumulative Excess (CE) dollars, and Unspent Budgeted Funds (UBF) that were used to build the current year’s budget (your budget is not increasing, this is the cash needed to support the budget authority allocated for this fiscal year). The breakdown can be found here. In order for this budget amendment to be processed, we had to wait for the state budget to be signed by the Governor.
