CIS, Inc. recently announced the hiring of Doug Isabelle as a contract consultant. Doug recently retired as the Deputy Director at the Florida Clerks of Court Operations Corporation, (FL-CCOC} where he worked for the past 12 years. Prior to Doug’s service with Florida CCOC, he served over 10 years with the Florida Clerk’s Association including putting together Article V for Clerks in Florida. He brings to CIS nearly 30 years of experience in state and federal government He also holds a Master’s in Public Administration from Albany New York State University.
Compliance Improvement Services (CIS) provides consulting and training from experienced professionals for courts and local government to help them achieve better compliance in the payment of fines and costs. Our emphasis is on helping our customers help citizens. CIS services are provided to clerk’s offices through a contract with CCOC.
