Update from Department of Revenue

Clerks and clerk staff,

 

The Department of Revenue (DOR) reached out to us and requested information be shared regarding the transmittal portal. New lines have been added and a revised upload template has been created. Please use this new information as we have had several counties remitting dollars on incorrect lines during CFY 2018-19. Also, the remittance system will be closed for maintenance. Please see the message from DOR below:

 

 

Remittance System Changes for statutory revisions effective October 1st, 2019

Motor Vehicles & Vessels

MV43 316.306(5) Fine for using a wireless communications device in a handheld manner while driving in a School or Work zone as defined in s. 316.003(101)

CCRRS Worksheets have been updated to reflect all new statutory revisions effective October 1, 2019.  Please discard old worksheets and print out the updated ones for remittances due on or after November 1, 2019.  We appreciate your patience and understanding.  If you have questions or comments or require any assistance, please contact Marsha Revell at [email protected].

 

Please delete any bookmarks or favorites that you may have added on your computer for this system.  Please follow the path from http://floridarevenue.com/taxes/eservices/Pages/ccrrs.aspx to get back to the remittance website and then save your bookmark or favorite again.

 

The remittance system will be unavailable after October 29, 2019, at 6:00 p.m., EDT due to maintenance. The updated system will be available beginning November 1, 2019, at 8:00 a.m. EDT.

Please delete bookmarks or favorites you may have added on your computer for this system. Follow the links from the Information for Local Government Officials web page to return to the remittance system needed, and then save your bookmark or favorite again.
