An email was sent today that included a Memo from Clerk Vick regarding the changes to the Jury Management Estimate form for CFY 2017-18 / SFY 2018-19 Jul, Aug, and Sep. Please be sure to read her memo before completing the form. The file and certification letter is available for download under Communications > Forms, then scroll down to the Quarterly section.
As noted in the memo, forms should be emailed to [email protected] by the close of business on Tuesday, May 22nd, 2018.
