REVISED: CFY 2021-22 Outputs and EC Forms

The CFY 2021-22 Outputs and EC forms were revised for errors that were discovered after release yesterday. https://flccoc.org/clerks-budget/forms/

 

  1. Outputs form
    1. Optional case type reporting lines will remain on the form, highlighted in yellow.
    2. The case type “Cases Unable to be Categorized” will remain on the form, highlighted in yellow; however, these cases will receive a case weighting of zero. Every effort should be made to count cases according to the Business Rules.
    3. Footnotes have been updated accordingly.
    4. Please DO NOT use form version 1.

 

  1. EC form
    1. Two lookup fields were crossed. This has been corrected.
    2. The incorrect budget was used for the prior fiscal year which miscalculated the expected 1/12th amount for September 2021. This has been corrected.
    3. Any other instances that can be manually corrected, please do so.
    4. Please DO NOT use form version 1.
