RELEASED: CFY 2021-22 Monthly Reports

The following CFY 2021-22 Monthly Forms have been released and posted to the CCOC website.

1. Expenditure & Collection (EC) Form – Due on the 20th each month

      • The form has been updated for the new fiscal year. September 2021 data has been pre-loaded in Column E. Should you need to make corrections, please type over the lookup formula. You should ensure that any changes made to your September 2021 data matches the most recent CFY 2020-21 form submitted to the CCOC.
      • Please note: Cell R156 shows your projected amount for settle-up. The accuracy of this calculation is contingent upon completing the form correctly.
      • New formula: Cell R157 was added to track the remaining CCOC budget authority the county has available for the fiscal year. Please ensure that you do not overspend your budget authority.
      • Should you have any questions about this form, please contact Griffin Kolchakian, [email protected].

2. Outputs Form – Due on the 20th each month (Timeliness Tab due quarterly)

      • Case types that were removed in the revised Case Counting Business Rules (Approved by the Budget Committee May 27, 2020; Updated October 29, 2020 to correct Scrivener’s Errors) that were retroactive to October 1, 2019, have also been removed from the Outputs Form. Optional case types are highlighted yellow, please see footnotes on form.
      • The result of the Case Counting audit revealed that all cases were able to be classified; therefore the PIE Committee approved on January 19, 2021 reducing the weight to 0, which results in no weight being granted, codified by the Executive Council on June 28, 2021. The line for Cases Unable to be Categorized is still available for use. Please refer to the Case Counting Business Rules on the CCOC website to ensure cases are counted and reported in the correct categories.
      • A Subcases Weighted tab has been added. This manually populates from the cases entered on the Sub Cases Monthly tab and applies the appropriate weighting. This is a locked tab and is only available for viewing.
