The next monthly submission is due on August 20, 2023.
Outputs form: There was a backend programming issue that needed to be resolved. Our macro was not pulling information from the County Civil Cases between $30k-$50k, and the revised version will correct that programming. Data reported in your May submission will be pre-loaded for you. The file name is “CountyName-CFY2223-Outputs-Mon-VerX-062623.xlsx” and the upper right-hand corner of the form should say: Form Version 5, Revised 08/14/23.
EC form: Instructions regarding line changes can be found here. A FAQ list has also been developed. The file name is “CountyName-CFY2223-EC-Mon-VerX-Revised-081423-Ver2” and the upper right-hand corner of the form should say: Form Version 4, Revised 07/03/23.
2008-11 form: Issuance of a Summons line will end in June 2023, and the County Summons line will start in July 2023. The form will populate with your data from October through June. The file name is “CountyName-CFY2223-2008-111-Mon-VerX-Revised-081523” and the upper right-hand corner of the form should say: Form Version 2, Revised 8/15/23.
The CFY 2021-22 Annual Fiscal Management Measures form has been released. This form covers submissions from the CFY 2020-21. It can be found on the CCOC website: https://flccoc.org/clerks-budget/forms/#annual-forms. The due date for this report will be August 20, 2023.
The CFY 2022-23 Annual Fiscal Management Measures form (covering submissions from CFY 2021-22) is expected to be released in the coming weeks and will be due as scheduled for September 30, 2023.
