RELEASED: CFY 2022-23 Monthly Reporting forms

The CFY 2022-23 Submission Dates Calendar can be found on the CCOC website: https://flccoc.org/clerks-budget/forms/#calendar. This section also includes the CCOC’s delinquent reporting policy.

 

The following CFY 2022-23 Monthly Reporting forms have been released and posted to the CCOC website.

 

  1. Expenditure & Collection (EC) form – Due on the 20th each month
    1. The form has been updated for the new fiscal year.
    2. September 2022 data has been pre-loaded in Column E. Should you need to make corrections, please type over the lookup formula. Any changes made to your September 2022 data must match the data you submitted to the CCOC on your September CFY 2021-22 EC report. Due to the timing of receiving version 2 submissions, changes already sent to CCOC may not be reflected in the provided data. Please make those adjustments yourself. If you did not submit a September EC report, the fields on this form will be blank and you will need to complete the information as well as send in your September CFY 2021-22 EC report.
    3. Please note: Cell R156 shows your projected amount for settle-up. The accuracy of this calculation is dependent upon completing the form correctly.

  2. Outputs Form – Due on the 20th each month (Timeliness tab due quarterly)
    1. The subcase type “Civil ($30,001 – $50,000) (SRS)” was added under County Civil as the result of legislative action.
    2. The weight for subcase type “Civil ($30,001 – $50,000) (SRS)” was assigned at a 5.
