First, I would like to apologize for the delay in getting this form released. We wanted to have the most up-to-date CFY 2019-20 September EC data. However, your revised EC may have not made the final version included in this form. If there are any errors in the September data, please override the figures that are pre-populated. The CFY 2020-21 EC report can be found on our website: https://flccoc.org/forms/#monthly.
Please also note the following:
- Do not use formulas for your entries, as this creates a rounding issue in Excel.
- There were some minor modifications that we hope provide more clarity. Please contact our office should you have any questions.
- Reports are due November 20; however, should you not be able to make that deadline, please notify our office ASAP. The elected Clerk should send the request to Jason Welty and Marleni Bruner with the reason an extension is needed along with the date you anticipate submitting the report.
