- CFY 2020-21 Collection Agent Report – Due December 1, 2021
This report captures information regarding the collection agents utilized by your offices. One form should be completed for EACH collection agent used.
- Be sure to include the total number of collection agents being reported in cell H11 to assist us with proper tracking.
- Be sure to update the default naming format to include the proper number of collection agents. Example: Broward CFY2021 Collection Agent 1of2 Ver1 or Dixie CFY2021 Collection Agent 0of0 Ver1
- CFY 2020-21 Continuing Case Workload Report – Due December 1, 2021
This report captures the number of cases from prior fiscal years that were worked during the reporting fiscal year. These are cases filed PRIOR to CFY 2020-21 but were worked between October 1, 2020 and September 30, 2021.
The Fiscal Measures form is nearing completion and should move into the testing phase soon. The CCOC will send an email when it is finalized, as well as post it to the CCOC website.
