SURVEY: Homeless Impact on Compliance

April 30, 2021

Homeless Impact on Compliance

As an educational service, the Florida Clerks of Court Operations Corporation (CCOC) is conducting a survey to explore the impact of the homeless on compliance services across Florida. Follow the link to record your survey responses on Homeless Impacts on Compliance Service. This survey is expected to take about 10-15 minutes to complete. Please complete by Friday, April 30, 2021.

In Florida, over 28,000 people experience homelessness every day. The impact on the courts is pushed with defendants unable to comply with sanctions including court-ordered fines. In the most recent blogpost on Compliance Corner, we further explore the impact and options to identify, divert, and report compliance cases with homeless impacts.  We look forward to your responses!
