Session 1 (1:00 PM – 2:40 PM) – CCOC Reports
CCOC Staff will provide information on the internal and external uses, value to the Clerk, and commonly seen issues for the following reports: Monthly Expenditure & Collections (EC), Quarterly Collections, 318.18 Report. CCOC staff will also provide an overview of the results of the CFY 2017-18 Collection Agent Report.
Session 2 (3:00 PM – 4:40 PM) – CCOC and DFS Panel
The CCOC will facilitate a panel discussion with representatives the Department of Revenue (DOR) and the Department of Financial Services (DFS). The discussion will cover DFS audits/schedule, commonly seen audit findings, remittance and transmittal issues through DOR portal, and discuss issues seen in the Auditor General’s compliance through the audit Management Letters.
