The Florida Clerks of Court Operations Corporation (CCOC) and Florida Court Clerks & Comptrollers (FCCC) announce the Case Weights Interactive Workshop, scheduled for Thursday, December 11, 2025, at the Hard Rock Hotel in Daytona Beach.
This one-day workshop on weighted cases builds on conversations during the CCOC session at the 2025 FCCC Summer Conference. Participants will review and evaluate the current case weights, engage in guided discussions, and provide feedback to help inform future changes. The workshop features collaborative small-group activities led by CCOC staff, ensuring a dynamic and productive experience for all.
Speakers include Jason Welty, CCOC Executive Director; Thomas Dunne, CCOC Administrative Services Director; Matt Guse, CCOC Operations Director; Leonard Carper, CCOC Data Quality Officer; Johnny Petit, CCOC Actuarial Performance Analyst; and Linzee Buck, CCOC Education Coordinator.
