In Sarasota, the Clerk of the Circuit Court and County Comptroller understood the need to support good public policy while balancing the obligation to fulfill the duties of Clerk as it relates to criminal justice debt. Sarasota selected Ontario Systems to develop and implement an automated nurturing approach to compliance providing a two-tiered service strategy that produced comprehensive dashboard reporting and improved compliance workflow.
Karen E. Rushing, Sarasota Clerk of the Circuit Court and County Comptroller will introduce Sarasota’s system for managing compliance to help customers achieve success and fulfill their financial court obligations. Janet Cantees, Chief Operations Officer, and the compliance team will demonstrate dashboard visualizations for payment plans, contact effectiveness, and recovery rate performance.
