CCOC staff will also provide an overview of the results of the CFY 2017-18 Collection Agent Report. \n  \nSession 2 (3:00 PM – 4:40 PM) – CCOC and DFS Panel \nThe CCOC will facilitate a panel discussion with representatives the Department of Revenue (DOR) and the Department of Financial Services (DFS). The discussion will cover DFS audits/schedule\, commonly seen audit findings\, remittance and transmittal issues through DOR portal\, and discuss issues seen in the Auditor General’s compliance through the audit Management Letters.
