DESCRIPTION:The New Clerk Academy is hosted by the FCCC. Please contact them if you would like to attend these sessions. \n  \nSession 1 (1:00 PM – 2:40 PM) – CCOC Reports \nCCOC Staff will provide information on the internal and external uses\, value to the Clerk\, and commonly seen issues for the following reports: Monthly Expenditure & Collections (EC)\, Quarterly Collections\, 318.18 Report. CCOC staff will also provide an overview of the results of the CFY 2017-18 Collection Agent Report. \n  \nSession 2 (3:00 PM – 4:40 PM) – CCOC and DFS Panel \nThe CCOC will facilitate a panel discussion with representatives the Department of Revenue (DOR) and the Department of Financial Services (DFS). The discussion will cover DFS audits/schedule\, commonly seen audit findings\, remittance and transmittal issues through DOR portal\, and discuss issues seen in the Auditor General’s compliance through the audit Management Letters.
