Department of Financial Services Reviews

Pursuant to Section 28.35(3)(b), Florida Statutes (F.S.), the Department of Financial Services (DFS) reviews the budget certifications made by the individual Clerk's offices to the Florida Clerks of Court Operations Corporation (CCOC). The scope of the review focuses on validating the processes and methodologies utilized in the development of the Clerk's budgets for the various fiscal years. As these reports are forwarded to the CCOC, they will be added to the website.
